You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I love this drill the only thing is I lost my charger can anyone tell how I can find another charger
I writing hesitate to but this drill again. It has saved so much wear and tear on my body for a reasonable price. When I strained my dominant side elbow, I bought this drill and wish I did earlier. Has made car repairs at home way easier and more efficient. Battery holds up fairly well. Have many charging cycles on it and has gotten me through every job I have done with it. Definitely recommend.
This impact wrench is ok for price, not as strong as presented to be, may need a breaker bar to help.. battery life is fair enough
I purchased this for a relative who is an auto mechanic. He loves it! He said the weight is perfect . It fits well in his hands and is easy to use. He was also impressed with the number of accessories that came with the wrench. I asked if there was anything that could be improved and he said he had no complaints.
I bought this for my nephew last Christmas based on the good reviews. He only recently told me it broke around a month after he started using it. That's all I know, but it should have lasted longer.
