Returns Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a $30 return shipping fee. If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also pay for the return shipping. Please contact us first and do not return directly to the shipping address.

You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return sender, but in many cases you'll receive it sooner. This time period includes the shipping time it takes us to receive the return from the sender (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (2-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (5-10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to almost anywhere in Europe and America. Please note that some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is verified.

We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
